Reservations 2012

Nachdem der Freitag in 2011 ausverkauft war, haben uns einige Teilnehmer gebeten eine sehr frühe Buchung zu ermöglichen.

Da wir Gäste auf dem Biketoberfest sind, ist eine Ausweitung über die bestehende Gruppe (für den Trackday Donnerstag / Freitag und Racing Samstag / Sonntag) nicht möglich.

Es sind noch nicht alle Details klar, aber wir haben zum 1. Dezember mit den Reservierungen für 2 Tages Experiencepacks (Donnerstag & Freitag) und Buelltrophy begonnen.

Wir versuchen die Reservierungsbedingungen und die Reservierung selbst so einfach als möglich zu machen:

After in 2011 the Friday was already booked out, many of the participants ask us to make an very early booking available.

Because we are guests at the Biketoberfest event, we can not extent the number of bikes on the track. We have one group per day (for Trackday on Thursday and Friday and for race on Saturday and Sunday) - thats it.

There are not all details clear for now, but the reservations / prebooking for 2012 has started at the 1st of December. These early reservations are only available for full Experiencepacks (Thursday & Friday) and for the Buelltrophy.

We try to keep the reservationterms and procedure as simple as possible:

In 2011 betrugen die Kosten für die 2 tägige Experience 349,00 Euro. Für das Buell only Race 279,00 Euro.

Für die Reservierung ist eine Anzahlung von 100 Euro zu leisten, die auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet wird.

Wir gehen davon aus daß sich wegen gestiegener Kosten der Streckenbetreiber die Kosten für 2012 um max. 10% erhöhen werden.

Die genauen Kosten werden im Frühjahr 2012 bekannt gegeben.

In 2011 the costs for the 2 days Experiencepack were 349,00 Euro. The price of the Buell only Race was 279,00 Euro.

For the reservation you need to pay a downpayment of 100 Euro, what will be included in the total payment.

It is possible that the prices of the trackpromoters for 2012 can rise up to max of 10%.

The exact costs we will launch in spring 2012.

Der Termin 27. - 30. September 2012 steht noch unter Vorbehalt.

Wir gehen davon aus, daß er Bestand hat, aber absolut verbindlich ist er noch nicht.

Es können NUR reserviert werden:

2 Tages Experiencepacks (Do. / Fr.)

2 Tages Buelltrophy (Sa. / So.)

Andere Pakete können erst mit Start der regulären Buchungen zum 15. April gebucht werden.

Other packages can be booked after the regular bookingstart from 15th of April 2012 on.

Einfach eine eMail mit dem Inhalt:

“Ich möchte das 2 Tage Experiencepack (Do./Fr.) und/oder die Teilnahme an der Buelltrophy (Buell only Rennen Sa./So.) reservieren.”

5. Bestätigung

5. Confirmation

Ihr erhaltet dann innerhalb von 10 Tagen von Claudia eine eMail mit der Bankverbindung und der Bitte die 100 Euro Anzahlung zu überweisen.

Wenn das Geld bei uns angekommen ist sind Eure Plätze reserviert.

Wir informieren Euch per eMail über sämtliche Neuigkeiten, inkl der exakten Kosten sobald diese vorliegen.

Ihr könnt dann jederzeit den Restbetrag überweisen, letzter Zahlungstermin für Reservierer ist der 15. August 2012.

Claudia will sent you within 10 days an eMail with our bankdetails to transfer the 100 Euro downpayment to our account.

After the money has arrived the places are blocked for you.

We inform you by eMail about any news including the exact costs for 2012 in the moment we know them.

You can transfer the rest of the money then at any time, last payment day is the 15th of August 2012.

6. Rücktritt

Für den Fall, daß die Preise für die Veranstaltung 2012 mehr als 10% über den 2011er Preisen liegen, oder falls der Termin 27.-30. September nicht zustande kommt, erstatten wir die Anzahlung von 100 Euro.

Sollte ein Teilnehmer verhindert sein kann er, nach Rücksprache mit uns, selbstverständlich eine Ersatzperson benennen.

Keinen Urlaub bekommen, Motorrad kaputt, etc. sind keine Gründe von der Reservierung zurückzutreten, d.h. die 100 Euro Anzahlung werden dann nicht erstattet. In dem Fall dankt das Pegasusraceteam für eine Spende über 100 Euro in die Rennkasse.

In case, that the prices for the event in 2012 are more than 10% higher than the 2011 prices, or in case that the eventdate September 27.-30. will be moved, we will refund the downpayment of 100 Euro.

If a a participant could not show up, he can sent, with our okay, an other Buellrider.

Got no days off, my bike broke down, etc. are no circumstances to cancel your reservation. That means you will not get back the 100 Euro downpayment for your reservation. In that case, Pegasusraceteam thanks you for a 100 Euro sponsoring for our race activities.
